I purchased these straps right when they started making them and had a set Fail this was literally right when they put these into production after About a year of having them I had them failed. I called in and they replace them with only needing a picture and proof of purchase sent in fantastic guys great straps super convenient and easy to store other that the ato retract failing I love them and like I said they warranty them out it was a very easy process

Really love this product material is great and durable. The retractable function makes it so easy and you dont have to mess with all the straps

Durability: I have two sets of these - I purchased a 2nd set at an expo after loving the first set so much. My one concern, they are so nice I was worried they would get stolen while parked at a hotel. Call me a little OCD but until they come up with a locking ratchet lever this was my solution. I realize it isn't fool proof and cutter would cut this thickness of cable pretty easily but if I can deter them for 30 seconds it was worth a shot. I'm sure I could use a thicker cable - plenty of room.

Have used the conventional tiedown straps and then switched over to this auto winding strap and it makes all the difference in the world. I recommend this system of straps, which I use for attaching my electric bikes to a bike rack. That’s attached to my Jeep.

I'm absolutely the worst with cargo straps. I will figure out a way to mess up any - even the other Rhino manual straps. But I splurged on a set of 4 of these Retractable straps and I have to say...thank you. I mean it. For nearly 25 years, I've screwed up every set of straps I've owned. I get them kinked up and I can never just get them to set right. But these retractable units should just be the standard. I did have one of them start to tear and I'll be putting in for a warranty replacement. But because of the easy of getting my load secured, I am willing to say I won't ever go back to another ratchet system. Thanks Rhino!

Comes with a nice storage bag that fits all 4 nicely in the storage compartment in the bed of my Tacoma! Wish they were 15ft tho but does include some extensions! Quality and build looks and feels top notch!
